Recommended to stay at this hotel because many government officials stay here, so it’s supposed to be OK.

Supposed to spend 2 nights as booked, but changed my flight schedule 1 day earlier, so just spent 1 day.

Check-in process a bit slow, staff didn’t show courteous when welcoming guests.

Room was clean, also with bathroom.

Internet was slow, sometimes no connection.

Swimming pool was OK, a bit small but OK.

Breakfast OK, only tried some food but everything else looked OK, too.

One of beautifully placed hotel in Pekanbaru, in the middle of Riau Street and of course Side to side with Mall Ciputra Seraya make this hotel in strategic one. Although because of pandemic, its become so quite. I hope this pandemic will end soon and we'll see it surrounded by people again

Start from breakfast menu:
it's pretty good. But for sushi isn't recommended at all, and if you in rush morning hour you're not suppose to choose the chicken black paper cause it's like a rock!

The room service is good, the interior is nice. But there's nit vanity table for doing my makeup.

The bathroom design is very nice. There are 3 seperate partition for wash, bath and "do your business". But, for the bathroom tools there's no shower cap, cutton bud and comb.

Best hotel in Pekanbaru. I've stayed in many hotels there but couldn't find a better one than this.
Rooms are neat & clean with all necessary facilities. There are PS4's at the lobby for guests. A mall next building and nearby to Airport.
There was offers on Agoda website from which I booked here at 50 bucks per night.

Foods are served hot and fresh. I mean you can choose ingredients by yourself and the chef will make your order. Like bakmie goreng, mie ayam, pasta, etc

Location is good. Ciputra mall is adjacent to the hotel. Services are good, rooms are cozy & clean but a bit small.in size. The internet is average, breakfast is good considering the price tag. Good value of money.

The hotel's quite new and is strategically located nearby the mall. It is a good fit for in town meetings and workshops. Great variety of food and amazing croissant!

Came here to see their facilities. I found that they have good safety facilities and awareness. Two thumbs up. Just a minor improvement needed.

New hotel in town. Very modern and comfortable. Many great photo spots around the hotel. Right next to a shopping mall which makes it perfect for a long stay. They also have a wide menu selection for the breakfast buffet.

Ini ketiga kali menginap disini. So far sebetulnya ok.

Tapi saya kecewa ketika telpon ke room service, mau pinjam saringan teh, lalu disampaikan bahwa di Restoran TIDAK PUNYA SARINGAN TEH. Seriously??? Hotel sebesar ini tidak punya saringan teh yang bisa dipinjam memalukan!

Best breakfast buffet ever as there are so many choices. Clean room with nice design and very good wifi connection throughout the hotel. Staff is kind and friendly. Convenient 2 minutes walk to the Mall right beside the hotel. The only bad thing is that it is a hassle to travel from one floor to another floor as you will only be given access to your room floor and other public areas. Would rate it 4.5/5.
