I stayed here for 5 days and 4 night. It was a great place to stay good location because its near from dept. store and local restaurant. The room was clean but the bathroom is too small for me, too bad the toilet had yellow spot inside and I had asked to clean it but seemed they didn’t do it.
The breakfast was good, has many menus but at the third day I ate there all food were cold , maybe because I had at 10.00 am lol. Anyway I asked the waitress to bring warm water to my table but until I finished my breakfast he didn’t come yet. I didn’t like this.
The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Well I had great times staying here unless the toilet. Thanks anyway!response / report this review -

New hotel in Samarinda, good room, food environment ans hospitality. Closed to some foodstores. I'll be here again when visiting this town.

A very nice experience staying in this hotel. The service is great, the price is not too expensive, but we get a luxurious room with great services here. If I come again to Samarinda, I will definitely stay here again

It is a new hotel in Samarinda. The location is good, near the city centre. Across the hotel you can find kfc,richese factory,and numerous places to buy food nearby the hotel. It is nicely decorated and also clean. The food is good. The bed is good, you get 4 pillows. The room is spacious and the staffs are kind and helpful. Check in does not take a long time. I hope this hotel could maintain its service.

My family and I stayed here on New Years Eve and we've got a great fireworks view from our room on the 10th floor. The room was nicely decorated and spacious with the view of the city of Samarinda. Breakfast was nice as well. Thumbs up.

A new hotel in town, open since December 2016. They have beautiful ballroom (cap. up to 500), representative meeting rooms, and up to 175 bed rooms (some are still in development, which causing problem when check in). Not so big swimming pool, but private.
