The nice hotel in Palu. It is located in front of the Palu Bay at West Palu Subdistrict. The room is very clean. The breakfast and sahur menu is very complete and tasty. It is near to the Ponulele Bridge, Floating Mosque, and Traditional Culinary of Kaledo Stereo.

Mercure Hotel is a 4-star hotel which located precisely in front of Talise beach, and also very near to Palu Grand Mall. As if other hotel, Mercure Hotel provide places for having party, such as wedding party, farewell party, or even birthday party.

The location is great because it is exactly at the front of Talise beach. They offer a great range of breakfast and some are actually good. I took a superior room for a business trip and the room is quite spacious, neat, and tidy. Unfortunately when I arrived the AC didn't work, though they insisted that there was nothing wrong with it :(. And mind that I checked in at 10.30 pm. Obviously I wanted to rest immediately. After more than an hour of waiting, two technicians coming to my room, and asking repeatedly to change the room, FINALLY it worked and I could rest. However, realizing that it is a well known hotel, surely this kind of experience is not good and even annoying. Hopefully this may be a feedback for improvement for them.

Good hotel with a great view of Pantai Talise. Cozy room, pool, and gym. However, not all of their staff are friendly. But I'm impressed with the way the manager manage my complaint. Thanks Mercure!

Good place, I got a sea view from my room. Overall the room was nice clean and comfy. For breakfast, i think need to improve the bakeries (I try croissant & danish). Advantage: this hotel is near the famous Kaledo restaurant in town.
