  I wouldn't say this is the best hotel in Malinau, but some of my friends always suggest to stay here instead of the other hotels. I spent 5 days here in 3 visits. The best room in 1st floor fits for 3 people cost IDR 350k. The breakfast is quite simple and not much choice.

  Comfortable pillow and springbed, ac, shower kit, towel, tv, cupboard, mirror, daily bottled mineral water, available laundry service, car rental information.
  
  No water heater, no water boiler and beverages, wifi only available at the lobby
  
  Otherwise, you can request hot water at the front desk and will be delivered to your room in thermos.
  
  For addition, I think that your crew should have more training in hotel services.
  
  For customer, don't be late for breakfast if you want a complete variant of offers.
  
  Good place with cheap price.
