It's a nice place, lots of activities that are facilitated by the hotel management. There are a few blackout during our stay, but I think overall rating is pretty good for this hotel

We stayed for two nights and had very unpleasant experience. Bedsheets were dirty, room filthy with mosquitoes and lizards. The staff was uncourteous and not answering phones for hours. The service was passable at the most. Sad to see a beautiful old hotel like this going to shams because of the management.

The old hotel but classic, I stay in the Superior room in the second floor. Each room they have car garage. Also have big garden Taman Sari, and also swimming pool.

Bad experience take half hour to check in :(
On sunday 'too early' in the morning (04.30 am) the motorcycles crowd starts their engine so loud and ride them hardly fast on the street just in front of my room(it was a celebration day of kota batu's). my room is so close in front of the street of the hotel.

Villas are cozy but a little small. Some public facilities are in poor condition, need repair. Children playground and flying fox ate out of service.

Actually it's an old hotel, but still a great hotel to spend the weekend or holiday. I stayed in a two bedrooms cottage, and it was nice. The room was big enough, clean, and the price was affordable. They have pool and quite big garden. The breakfast was also good. It was a pleasant stay.

It's a recommended hotel. It has great scenery, a quiet surrounding, old school atmosphere but still enjoyable. I like the swimming pools. I thought it was a little pool, but after I jumped in, it's quite big. The staffs were so kind, helpfull. It is close to soo many great places.
