It's comfy and has a lot of amenities. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The price is also very reasonable considering the cleanliness and number of amenities one can use.

Comfy bed but horrible place for family n kids. You are forbidden to use any indoor facilities, so there is nothing you can do except uncomfortable swimming pool. And dont expect they will prioritize you, unless you are korean guest.

Breakfast also terrible and not fresh with gloomy bar atmostphere.

Numbering of rooms are sometimes not in a row. Dont sleep above malabar resto, quite disturbing in the midnight, not a sound proof room. The breakfast is ok

The facilities offered by the hotel is just perfect.using automated toilet that gives another experience while u re in the toilet.yet the service in the front office took quite long and it was also time consuming. I was booking online but still they seem to be handling it quote slow.strict rules for the pool usage but still ok.various kind of food both indonesian and western.managed by korean group of hotel the music provides good selection of music

Excellent bar and a friendly staff. Since it is Korean owned and caters largely to them, you can expect great service. They have a sauna and spa and is well set up. The rooms are not overly large but are well laid out and you feel it is bigger than other is. Internet speed and ease of connection is above average.

Great hospitality, the air conditioning isn't that cold, automated WC, nice shower, wide range of meals for breakfast, food is tasty, great cleanliness, nice tv channel choices. Would come here again if I visited Cilegon in the future.

A just-built (2015) business hotel near industrial area in Cilegon. Clean room & good service. Full option facilities = swimming pool, public hot tub, gym.. Two restaurant on-site: one Western/ the other Korean (very busy with Korean expats.)

The price is right, location is good if you only go for work. nothing around the hotel.
