Quite new and cheap. There is also breakfast provided but not really a lot of variety.

Ohh and there's no hair dryer. So sad. Not sure about the better rooms but mine is the cheapest room at 290000 rupees.

The price of staying-in is really cheap (provided if you are a foreigner).Both room conditions and services exceeded its value and even breakfast is included too. The flaws arethe breakfast is not enjoyable as you thought. It does not suit who cannot take oily food and there is no milk, proper bread spread for toast and they never reheat the food (the food was getting cold when the breakfast session only started 15 mins ago). Overall, good stay-in but poor breakfast. Recommended if you are not hotel-breakfast lover.

This hotel is well, i have to say, not so great, yet is okay for you to just stay and sleep, got international cable tv channel, aircon works, but no spare key to let the aircon stay on, near places to find something to eat, and almost near to everywhere to the city. Quite strategic location, and the price well you could book with a low price using Agoda though, overall, its a okay hotel.

Strategic location, friendly price. The only minus point is the smell of the room. There's no non-smoking room here. The breakfast is quite local. Not bad.

We reached the hotel about 11am. They only allowed us to check in one room (we have booked for 3 rooms) although there are still many available rooms. We do understand that check in time is 2pm. All the three room they gave us was at B1. There was many kind of bad smell. The reception girl gave us black face and she was like unhappy face when we asked her the questions about where is the nice place to eat and go as it is the first for us to visit there. The worst part was that when we booked for the message, we were told that there is 50% discount. We have double confirmed with them and booked it. When we made payment after message, we were told that there is only 30% discount. Thats was really upset us. Overall, It was bad experience for us to stay there.

Room is generally clean, staff are helpful. Location wise not the best for a one day get away. The hotel is very far from the best beaches or any kind of natural reserves
