3 stars rating for a 4 star hotel. Old, Public sector run hotel and it shows. As with all such places, it does have its charms. Large empty lobbies, huge rooms and an adjoining mostly empty mall.

im here for the gym. oceania pleasure. the place is nice. they have plenty of weight lifting tools and its clean. good swimming pool. too bad the machines are old. but if you are a lifter the place is nice :)

The ambience was excellent, it was quite easy to access to the lobby from the main road.
So spacey, it could accomodate large affairs.
Facilitatedwith breeze airconditioned plenty nice spots
for customized and marked with special decorations.

Closed to anywhere. Hotel is relatively old, water sometimes unclean, food is not changed fron day to day.

-Price is good because I got special price from online travel.
-The room is large but not clean because the carpet is so dirty
- pool for children so deep 90 cm.my kid can't swim in there
-fitness in gym must bring sport shoes and i don't bring it
-officer in gym so grumpy

This is the worst hotel i have ever experienced. I was assisting my family to reserve for one night there, however their service was terrible. You hardly can contact them through the landline and all they care about was money, money and money I don't know why until today the mistake made by their front office staff still unsolved. It's been more than 3 months and there's no follow up at all from them. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Wifi is unstable, cuts off and has two-step login. All interior is outdated and smells like old hotel. It's so big and badly planned that it's difficult to find each other in a conference setting. The breakfast buffet is random and scattered around the restaurant. I'd just expect more from a big hotel.

Plus :
+ Staff ramah sekali (yg cewe cantik banget, yg cowo biasa aja)
+ AC kaya kulkas freezer
+ Cafe lobby oke terutama bag terasnya. Kopi dan snack juga OK.
Minus :
- Semua yang berbahan fabric bikin gatal2 di kulit
- Mahal banget
- Fasilitas kamar sdh bnyk yg rusak (stop kontak tidak bs dipakai, tv semut-semut)
- Bau apek dan lembab
- Seperti tidur di museum
- Buka pintu kamar kadang susah kadang gabisa
- Kurang bersih utk hotel dgn kamar 1.2 juta per malam.
- Furnitur dari zaman saya khitan

Saran utk hotel : Dengar apa kata customer.
