  Dekat dengan akses kota.
  Baik transportasi, Pasar, pelayanan,
  
  Namun hal minusnya akses menuju tempat nya selalu tertutup dengan aktivitas transportasi roda 3 (becak) yang hingga memakan badan jalan.

  kalau kita lagi nginep dihotel ini, ya ga perlu repot2 mau kemana- mana soalnya keluar hotel ini kita dapat menemukan pasar tradisional kalau mau berbelanja, so apa lagi buruan kesini buat pengunjung luar kota tanjung balai.
