hotel bintang 4 tapi parkiran kurang luas banget dan sangat terbuka tidak seperti hotel bintang 4 di tempat lainnya , tidak dikasih kartu atau karcis kalau parkir (kurang cocok kalo bintang 4 fasilitas parkir seperti itu)..setiap sudut hotelnya biasa aja lebih ke monoton, kurang cozy dan kurang ramah.

Cozy hotel, valuable hotel. Promo ramadhan 588 .000 include dinner and breakfast for 2 adult. minus hair dryer and mosquito in room and no swimming pool. This is 4 * but no pool

Rooms and toilet are cleaned. Breakfast just a normal buffet style nothing special. It is in the heart of the city so neat to everywhere. The only dislike about this hotel is limited and tight parking spaces. So for people who drove be wary about this.

Nice place.. But unfortunately the mineral bottle in the room is just once, no more additional where we have to pay for more
Suggestion for meeting room service, always give the new pencil n paper in the day change, and sure must new mineral water..

Room was not clean. Bedsheets and chairs had stains all over, and I was staying at their executive room (best room there is). No free bottled water too which is a disappointment since it costs next to nothing for the hotel to provide. Walls and windows are paper thin - you could clearly hear conversations taking place in the hallway and the rooms next door. Late night traffic is also quite loud for a light sleeper. A safe was provided in my room but it had no power and/or battery, rendering it useless. Breakfast was very mediocre, could be better. On the positive side their staff was quite friendly and professional.

It's a 4 star hotel and it still new. The staff were friendly and the lobby area was so nice. The room is spacious & clean. The bathroom also nice, all good except the soap box was leaked, so I ran out of soap on the next day and I found used cutton buds in the box (bathroom aminities), it was so disgusting. I love the big mirror next to the wardrobe. the bed & pillows were comfortable. Wifi was fast.They provided snack bar as complimentary. The city view also great especially at night. The pool was still in renovations, I stayed there for business, so pool was not my priority when I decided to booked here. Dining room is large with variety of food available. They served local food too and the taste over all was good, however the salad was not that fresh and the pastries were tasteless.

The sports center is not yet available because this hotel is quite new. The room is big and clean. The breakfast buffet has many food choices. Overall good. Thank you.

The room is nice and clean, the downside is probably the view. I had a buffet breakfast where there are lot of choices but mostly Indonesian food. The taste is fine, nothing special about it.
The normal Laundry service is only 1day service and the result is okay.
the channel on their cable TV is not that much, but yeah they have HBO if you're wondering. But the quality of the tv screen & signal are not that good, some channel would look blurry. The wifi is also not really fast.
I would say it's an average hotel, but good location.

A great place to spend your night after a long day trip in Surabaya. The rooms are big, cozy and clean! The hotel is in the center of the city so it is close to everything you are looking for from mall, supermarket, banks, dining and even hospital.

The staff are helpful to your needs.

The breakfast is so delicious with variety cuisine you can choose from traditional Indonesian, Chinese to European food.

The hotel is good, cheap, and convenient. However the best part is the lady in charge of the reception desk at night, Maya. Her beauty and elegance make all the visitors stepping into the lobby feel so warm and happy. It's a pity that I didn't step out to ask her for a picture or Instagram account. If you shall see this, Maya, here is a sincere young man who are willing to watch your beauty day by day. Hope my wish may come true someday.

The fact that it is a rather new hotel makes me happy that most facilities and apparatus are in good function, although I was wondering why the hot shower can't be hotter and why there's no hair dryer in each room. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the room interior; it's just an addition artistic touch like painting would be great!

If you need a strategic location hotel in surabaya , here is the place. Don't ask for fitness centre, swimming pool and etc. Breakfast variant are good and suitable for Indonesia . Staff are polite and helpful
