Hot water not working,TV not working, for extra bed only mattress given,no phone in the room, whenever go to reception no staff available. I had very bad experience staying at this hotel

Good view and location. Good wifi. Very loud during night. Not clean. Dirty bathroom, despite second cleaning effort of staff after complaints. Very bad, strong smell like dung in room/bathroom (air outside is fresh). By far the least clean hotel in 4 weeks of mid-range travel through indonesia. Cannot recommend it, especially considering its steep price (450k).

Doors doest lock, have a huge gap. Dust everywhere. Toast for breakfast - what a joke. Cant sleep without earplugs because of car/moto sound. Terrible and terribly overpriced.

We got a family room for 1.5 mio IDR
Room was ok-ish but not for this price. We were also late 10 min for breakfast and we did not receive it. Nice views outside of the room and it is close to Bromoresponse / report this review -

Terrible homestay. The rooms don't smell good at all, there was mold on the wall of the bathroom, the bed sheets were dirty and there was a lot of noise outside the hotel (people chatting loudly and big cars passing by). Choose another homestay if you can.

Among all the hotels in Cemoro Lawang, Adas looks like a good option. Do not expect great service since most people come here only to sleep for a few hours and go hiking or riding to Penanjakan viewpoint in the middle of the night. The bed was OK, the bathroom not so much but hot water felt good after a Day around Bromo.

Price gouging on an epic scale. We were basically stranded here after a bait-n-switch with our transport late at night. It was either entering the park for 450K then finding accommodation or staying here and cutting our losses. The rooms would be great for 200K but for 450K in low season they were quite poor. Dirty sheets, ice cold shower despite a heater being on the wall, thick layer of ash everywhere because our room hadn't been used in ages. When we left in the morning they tried three times to bring us a private driver instead of letting us use the cheap local bus.
Extremely disappointing disappointing staff as well. They know they are liars and scammers, when we confronted them we could see it in their eyes.response / report this review -

Many flies in the room, very dusty (I had to ask them to change to another room). Bad taste food. But close enough with mount Bromo gate, only need 10minutes drive by car.
