  i went there to have the car checked by their mechanics. the waiting room provided at the second floor is equipped with smoking area, small canteen in case you want to buy some snacks, children playground, some PCs to surf on the internet, and free flow of coffee from the coffee maker standing near the smoking area. and TV. The restroom is clean, and there is also a musholla provided for muslims to pray. one thing they need to improve is an access for the disabled. if you are on a wheelchair, it is impossible for you to get to this second floor.

  1. Service Advisor baru melayani jam 7.45 padahal di banner tertulis jam 7.00 - 17.00. Service baru mulai dikerjakan jam 8.30 (no urut 1).
  2. Service advisor kurang ramah, harga total spare parts beda dengan di papan tulis, begitu ditanyakan malah balik tanya budget Bapak berapa?
  3. Minta tambah air aki malah dibilang memangnya masih aki basah? Hallo Pak, ini mobil tahun 2011 seingat saya bawaan aslinya juga masih aki basah kali.
  4. Sisa oli mesin, chemicals spray dll tidak diberikan.
