Superior twin room: small room with two double beds leaving virtually no room for luggage. Mattreses were comfortable but terrible pillows - very hard and bulky. I used one of the blankets instead. Bolsters were a plus. The door made of translucent glass which was a bit disconcerting. No curtain on the door so lights on the landing outside made it very bright inside at night. Fortunately the switches for these lights are located outside and could be turned off making it acceptably dark in the room. Just a single power socket. No breakfast. Homestay conveniently located (500 m) for boats to Karimun Jawa. Not many eating options in the vicinity. No breakfast at the homestay. Staff friendly and accommodating. For 325K per night this room is highly overpriced. 250K would be a reasonable price.

Location is perfect for the harbour, but the rooms and amenities could be better and a bit cleaner. Fine for one night to get the boat to karimunjawa

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!As we got to the hotel, the receptionist asked us to pay in cash. My fiancé took an enveloppe with the money from his backpack. We had changed the money At the airport and we had checked the amount. The receptionist accompanied us to our room. We went back to the reception to meet a travel agent who had our tikets to karimunjawa and when we were back to our room 250€ were missing from the enbeloppe! We think the receptionist is to blame since we are sure of the amount we had and he was the only one to know where it was! He stole the equivalent of 250€ of IDR from an enveloppe with 600€ probably imagining we would not notice it!

Nice Staff, beautiful top floor although it needs to be renovated. For 200k you expect more. Stinky turkish toilet. Just for one night if you need to.

Located inside pantai kartini area. Conveniently close to harbour, its just 10mins walk. Room size is small. Bathroom is clean but can be better. No hot water. Aircon in the room needs service.

We stayed here for one night before getting the ferry to Karimunjawa. It is in a good location for the ferry, has clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. The homestay is located in the beach tourist area, so it is noisy during the day and particularly on weekends. The homestay itself was also noisy during the night with people chatting and coming and going. The rooms themselves don't block out much sound and are smallish. There is not alot around the area at night and you need to walk/because (more than 15,000-20,000 rupiah) into town for food etc.
