Great hotel. Staff very friendly and cocktails are amazing. Setting amazing. Bathroom could do with a clean though. Local food was lovely but had a very dodgy fish and chips.

Very clean, good facillities, good services, the breakfast is really delicious, i love the room. Mine is the cottage type. The most i love is the bathroom concept. Semi-outdoor bathroom. And there are a beach behind the hotel. So lovely!

Very clean and beautiful resort with tropical scenery, quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful beach, the resort staff very helpful and polite.
Room is comfortable, breakfast meals are tasty
Private beach so you can see the sun set.
So much perfect photos places you have to take a shoot on.
Spacious hotel and villa, it is.
We've found only one problem with Internet not so strong . But overrall is good .. I will go back there if I have a chance.

Love this place, it is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff on a great beach. The pool is awesome. Deck over water with great inexpensive food and drinks. Would easily recommend this resort.

we stayed in the bungalow with 2rooms.its very spacious. accors the bungalow is the hotel, restaurant and swimming pool. we enjoyed the breakfast and take a walk on the beach after. although its not a white sand beach but the view is still nice and breathtaking. they also have a cafe if you like to enjoy the beach nightview

Nice hotel and really near to the beach. You just have to walk for a minute or two in the hotel backyard and you can enjoy the beach..
The Hotel probably has everything you need including their good service and yummy food (they also have restaurant by the beach), but you still have to explore the beauty of lombok island.

Decent hotel with nice views of the beach, clean huge rooms, super good service.
Food however, breakfast was good, but the gecko bar needs lots of work. Hence only four stars.
Some staff also need to have better manners and attitude as there was one meal encounter which was not so pleasant.
Spa and massage was excellent here.
Room service was prompt and good!
Prices are also very reasonable.
However this resort is a bit far from the city centre mataram but at a quiet nice location.response / report this review -

My experience at this resort began off on the wrong foot by my hotel driver never showing up at the airport. The taxi from the airport ended up running IDR 300,000.
Once at my hotel room I was greeted by a cockroach that I named Henry.
To the hotels credit, when I complained they upgraded me to a ocean view villa.
The breakfasts were fantastic, their steakhouse was adequate, gym was not good, pool is decent, spa amazing and staff more than helpful in making things right.
Overall, after the rough beginning I was pleased with my overall stay and would do again.response / report this review -

It's great hotel for leisure and works. It has direct access to beautiful sandyand sparkling beach which you may swim anytime. Spectacular view of Mt. Agung, Bali and beatiful sunset. Rooms are very nice and spacious.

Looks good, but some staff aren't friendly. We found baby turtles but they just keep them inside the glass box with water. We thought that it'll better to let baby turtles go then keep them.

Such a nice and beautiful resort in Lombok!. I like the environment, i like the room we stay, i like the food. Amazing. Good for family vacation or honeymoon. Or in group trip. Value for money. Totally recommended. Please check out the photos i shared here. Beautiful isnt it?

A nice quiet place a little further away from Seninggi town. Taxis are easily available. Comfortable, clean and beautiful views. Rooms look well maintained and the staff are friendly

Very pleasant hotel with spacious, modern rooms. The only drawback is that the beach is not very good for lazing on. It shelves steeply and you have to be careful of rocks when swimming.

Well, if you are into modern and trendy place. This place isn't the right place. This place is a bit old but all the amenities inside the hotel are up-to-date. A perfect place for those wanting a laid back ambiance beach resort.

Great resort with a friendly staff who always be there to solve any issue or requirement. We had a beach front room recently renovated. It worths when you need to rest some time after a long backpack trip or just to relax and feel comfortable.

We had a few minor issues on check in however management was receptive and even upgraded us! The grounds were immaculate and was an awesome pool. The staff and breakfast are awesome!

Me and my family stayed in this resort for 2 nights. Our rooms were so big and comfortable (especially the bed). The room was clean enough with complete toiletries, updated toilet, and nicely decorated. The swimming pool is nice but crowded and kinda dirty. The beach area is too small and dirty but we could always enjoy other beaches in Lombok. This hotel has nice jogging track, table tennis, tennis field, and other attraction. All 3 restaurants are so nice. The sasak fried rice is AMAZING. The drinks in Gili pool bar are wonderful also (try the Lombok Sea Breeze for non-alcohol option and Irish Coffee). The sunset view is amazing! The breakfast was so delicious, especially the bread options. Staffs were friendly and helpful, ask the transportation staff from Bluebird for tour ideas. Overall we really enjoy our stay here.
