The air con in the room is quite noisy. Hard to get some good sleep. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. I couldn't find the air con control in the room.

One of the best Holiday Inn I have stayed. Very nice and clean with friendly staff and excellent Japanese restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet! Put many HI in North America into shame!

A neat hotel in Jababeka with the international standard. Its rate is also at the international standard though, which is accepted as very high in Jababeka.

The only good in this hotel is the pool and the room but their service is terrible.
I and family buy packet to stay here Dec 31st, 2017 for a gala dinner we get a room no 518. In the gala dinner people are queuing up on the main course especially in the barbeque section with only 1 counter available. The plates, spoons and glasses were running out as well. The same thing happened at breakfast on this Jan 1st. I am waiting about 30 minutes just only waiting the main course which is all empty. Also waiting about 15 minutes just for glass and spoon.
I do not know where is the manager in charge going. They are out of control here.
Also they said parking is free and they collect my car reg nos. But when I went out the parking attendant ask for pay. I have to argue for not pay. When I report to the front office, they said their system was off line.

For business in Jababeka this is great hotel - for tourist not an option as out of the way far from anything. Service is great and amenities good for the price.

Wonderful rooms, excellent service. Breakfast is fine (not incredible but good selection), the swimming pool had some dust from the construction behind (they're building long term apartments or something), but overall we simply loved our stay here

Attending seminar organized by business partner.. venue is well setup with good sound system. Coffee break and lunch provided are acceptable.. taste as it should be as compare to other hotels on same level. Staff attitude are polite and always alerts
