You can bargain before buying. Make sure to look around first as you can find several options as well as reasonable prices. The parking lot is large. The toilet is clean. I love the Surabi vendors. The price is inexpensive and the taste is delicious. Trythe coconut Surabis.

Beside the facilities and maintainance of the building are pretty bad, others are fine for me. Shopkeepers are generally knowledgeable on IT products and services, and friendly. The service is pretty good for me.

Ah, this place is my first go to whenever I want to buy computer stuff. They sell laptops, PCs, memory card, mouse, anything computer related, ANYTHING. And with the cheapest price you can get in Surabaya. You just have to know where to buy, because there are lots of stores here, and mostly they sell the same stuffs. And make sure you buy at a reputable store, because warranty is important for an electronic product.

5 stars for an Indonesian Electronic, gadget and anything else gadget related, CC TV, printers, chargers etc.. Good pricing and also branded items including computers. Not too much for cellphones (go to world trade center or WTC). Great place for any guy.. And girls of they like tech stuff.

It has a lot of store so you can compare price for your item. But the mall has an old vibe so i don't really enjoy my experience being there. But overall if you want to find a new gadget and their accessorises it's a good place for you to visit.

Pretty sure they sell everything here that is computer related. Including repair options.
The place is chaotic but fun stroll in. It's an old building with a nice atmosphere.

Cheap and high quality if you can find the right store to visit. Don't expect too much for its culinary part. Quite easy to find parking spots (for cars). Biggest downside might be the mall's air conditioning system and its public rest rooms.

Ini termasuk salah satu legenda di kota Surabaya. Buat yang punya kebutuhan komputer dan aksesorisnya nyarinya ya disini. Sayang fasilitas umumnya kurang OK. Mungkin gara-gara mau diganti jadi galeri kesenian sama pemkot kali ya, jadi pengurus gedungnya ngerasa percuma buat memperbaiki fasilitas umumnya.

Decent space take a walk inside the building and enjoying snacks and drinks, however it's kinda hot in the afternoon. Many stores are closed in Sunday causing the mall to be more vacant than the weekdays.

Do compare prices here before you commit yourself. The price is no longer cheap compared to other shops outside THR Mall.

Mall itself is in sorry state. Leaking roof. Lot of empty tenant. You can see certain corners full of rubbish. Be it empty boxes or plastics cup.

Rumours say it will be closed soon as city council is no longer interested to extend the contract.

The mall is old and a bit run down. But the stores are varied and you find almost anything you need related to computers.

Hi-tech mall is market to buying all about electronic (HP, computer, printer, and accessories, etc) in the ground floor there is all about t-shirt, shoes, etc. With big discount. Open at 09.00 until 19.00 but effective 16.00 in everyday. So, check it out
