Very quiet and not welcoming staff and the rooms are barely clean enough to be tolerable. Worst of all there was a constant beeping noise all through the day from the nearby traffic lights.

Decent rooms and fairly clean, but there are loud beeping noises repeatedly all day long from a nearby traffic light which was incredibly annoying

Good price for value. Laundry service was quite cheap and fast as well (done within a day). The rooms are quite large, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but was acceptable. Breakfast was ok, but nothing really special.

This hotel joint with mini market. Near government building. The staffs very helpful, but their breakfast very minimalist. They don't have western menu for my cousins (10yrs & 8yrs from Canada).

Hotel yg cukup nyaman di lokasi strategis d tengah kota Ambon. Tempat kopi ataupun gedung pemerintahan bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki.

Ein super Hotel. Sauber und komfortabel. Gerade nach einer langen Anreise sind die Betten ein Traum. Bequem und kuschelig. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Punkt Abzug gibts fürs Frühstück. Das soll nicht zu Empfehlen sein und haben es daher nicht mitgebucht (muss aber nicht stimmen, haben auf den Rat von anderen gehört). Paar Häuser weiter gibt es einen Bäcker.

Hotel nyaman bersih dan pas ditengah2 kota ada lift ,cafe, dan dapat sarapan. Cuma kalo bisa fasilitas sandal dan untuk keperluan kamar mandi ditambahkan.

Secara keseluruhan sudah baik, tapi lebih baik lagi jika resepsionisnya lebih ramah (menyapa terlebih dahulu kepada tamu yang datang)

A nice hotel to stay in the city center of Ambon. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, AC is working properly. There is only the Indonesian breakfast - nasi goreng style. The ground floor with reception look like a part of convenient store. The staff knows little English, but all of them are helpful.

Layanan di hotel ini cukup baik dan ramah, kamarnya sederhana dan elit, fasilitas sangat memuaskan. Selain itu, restorannya juga sangat unik, dan penuh dengan corak kebudayaan setempat. Hotel ini cocok dijadikan tempat penginapan selama berada di Ambon
