  Went there for 2 hours massages for me n my dad. The receptionist doesn't seems really welcoming, While doing massage the masseurs keep talking to each other and playing around , it was so noisy. The massage itself and the place just so so, nothing impressive. It's good to try but not to go for 2nd time.

  Saya setiap bulan selalu mengunjungi heritage spa dan dilayani oleh beragam terapis tapi kualitas mereka tetap sama karena mereka telah di training sebelumnya.
  Selain massage traditional juga ada stone massage, herbal massage, lulur, masker tubuh, totok wajah, facial, ear candle dan lain-lain.

  Melihat tampilan luar sepertinya Mewah. Begitu masuk dan menuju front desk di sapa dengan kalimat ini:
  "Mau apa?" oleh kakak-kakak berseragam batik merah. Semua yang di meja (katakanlah resepsionis) kurang ramah alias tidak bersahabat, tidak menjelaskan apa yang mereka tawarkan ke konsumen baru seperti saya. Di sini BUKAN tempat Spa dengan Privat Room. Semua digunakan bersama bahkan terkesan terbuka! Walau ada kelambu. Ruangan Bath-up seperti Zaal di sekat-sekat tidak tertutup rapat.
  Steam pun terlihat jorok. Tidak ada handuk yang menjadi sekat kulit leher dengan alatnya. Berada di ruangan berbeda sari ruang massage dengan 3 alat steam yang lantai di dalamnya (dlm steam) basah tanpa alas handuk tebal.
  
  Terus terang saya tidak rekomen tempat ini.

  Probably I'm pampered too much, because usually I goes to the Z one. But last week I went to this place to try something new, and left with disappointment. The missus massage skill could do some improvement, there's people chatting (quite loud, in my opinion. And they actually allow this kind of behavior, because when I confirm this, they said it's a common behavior, because it is a communal room. They didn't offer me different room type when I came in, mind you), and other missus literally chucking in the very same room, even though the one who massage me already shushing them twice. I left without even taking my face scrub, because it's way too loud already. I give 2* only because the missus who massage me at least have the courtesy to say sorry when I went out. I never look back.
