Worth it for the price. If you need a place to stay near Sawojajar with affordable price, this place is perfect. Wifi and hot shower available.

This guest house is clean, nice, and near minimarket, cafe, and mosque. You can get free tea and hot water for drink. The parking lot is safe motor cycle with security. The cons-There are no hot shower.

Located at the eastern part of Malang City not too far from the airport. I got a room at the first floor which was quite roomy. The AC was cool but noisy and the floor and carpet were a bit dirty. Got bitten by insects probably mosquitos.
Wifi was fast enough if you got the signal which I barely received in my room. The shower pressure was good but the hot water temp was somewhat not consistent, sometimes too hot sometimes too cold.
There was no breakfast but some good hawker stalls were around the corner or a block away. A minimart was just across the street.
Overall for the price that I paid, it's a nice guest house.response / report this review -

Clean place, nice bath, good water pressure. However, no wifi on the 2nd floor. I sat on the stairs just to get the signal.

Karyawannya ramah, tempatnya nyaman, ada air hangat. Tapi SMOKING AREA nya bebas. Alhasil kurang nyaman untuk keluarga. Karyawan tidak tegas melarang customer yang merokok sembarangan!

Nyaman, strategis (depan Indomaret dengan ATM BCA serta SPBU), juga mudah mendapatkan taksi daring (GrabCar). Namun tanpa handuk (saat ditanyakan baru diberi itu pun hanya satu, padahal yang menginap berdua). Tanpa WiFi, tanpa kudapan gratis (hanya air mineral 2 botol sedang). Air panas berfungsi, karpet kamar terasa kotor, AC beroperasi baik. Sarapan datang agak siang namun menu nasi+ayam goreng kremesnya mengenyangkan. Cukup kami rekomendasikan namun coba datangi dulu "Airy's Room" kalo ga salah, di ujung jalan yang sama (Danau Tondano). Jika penuh baru pilih tempat ini.

It's ok for the price, air con, bathroom with not working lock, abit smelly bed, definitely not 5 star, but you get decent internet speed at least for the lobby and room number 3
