Horrible PRODUCT CARE. Do not BUY! Things break after a year and they will choose the replacement option and void your product care! If you choose store credit, it is only valid for two weeks and its less than the value you got it for plus you can only purchase one item with that.

Do not bother going to the tech. Department, the service is abysmal. Try another Harvey Norman. The staff prefer to engage with their personal mobile phones than serve you or answer questions.

Horrible customer service. Across the board with Harvey Norman. I went to the Sun City location to print a photo. Somehow all 4 of their self service kiosks were broken and the staffed service desk itself was "broken". They told me to go to the MilleniaWalk location to print. Got there and I was told they weren't doing any more printing today (they decided to close up half an hour early). Waste of an hour of my time. I'll spare myself future visits to this chain.

Sales man Li Si Rong was helpful and patient in answering customer's questions. Can't say the same for the rest as one or two seemed quite apathetic. Cashier did not understand English which resulted in some complications but overall experience in shopping was a decent one.
