We like their store arrangements. Wide range of choice for brands and types, with nice and friendly staffs. I just hate that some salespersons are trying to compel me to buy a third party's insurance for each products we buy. Any items are already comes with manufacturer's warranty, not need to purchase third-party warranty as it just the trick to get more money from customers.

Offers various household appliances, electronics even phones. Hartono is a great place to shop due to its enormous catalogues, many choices and good after sales services. Be mindful that the price might be more expensive as it covers the external warranty. You could opt-out of its warranty program to lower the price if you want to.
