U stay here only on two options A. If you are poor B. If you are really poor This hotel is totally a bad hotel. Lobby stinks with cigarette smell. Food for breakfast is so so. Rooms also stinks plus you head the noise from the bar below. Please never stay here!

Big.. nice.. and clean room. Very cheap price of $35 - $40 per night. At time it's can goes up to $300 - $500 for superior room. Nearby to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Taxi fare is Rp50k from hotel to Mall / Batam ctr. Or a 15 min walking distance from batam ctr / Mega mall

Badly managed 4 star hotel. I booked the Executive Suite but the room's facilities and amenities was way below the standard of even a 2 star hotel. I bath towel was provided upon check-in and overhead shower tap was dangling from the pipe as I was about to take a shower and as a result the dispensing of the shower tap flow was haywire! Called the housekeeping and it took them 2 hours to despatch the maintenance. It was the most dissappointing stay ever in Batam. Sadly none of the staff shows any care or concern about the guests needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. Prices in the hotel restaurant was affordable and the food was great. In-house massage was also affordable and decent. However, Wi-Fi connection was rather poor. Overall, a good experience.

Book via Agoda to have a lower price, up to 30% (Feb '18), to make the stay worth it. With a good Spa in the hotel and some really good local food around the area. Standard is about 3 star

good value.
it costs about sgd50 per night.
due to availability, we've got a smoking room. you can smell it right out of the lift at level 3. our room didn't smell that bad though.
basement car park is free.
breakfast was okay. not much of variety. if you purchase up front, it costs 40k rupiah per person. otherwise it's 120k on the day.

Book harmoni hotel few times, Overall good experience and nice place to stay with all the friendly staff which is amazing, from housekeeper, spa to a breakfast! However theres a lack in a front desk hotel that lead to a miscommunication that need to be improve. Anyway always love to stay in harmoni hotel n always look forward to come back here! Cheers!

It's a really beautiful grand hotel but the place seems to give a dead vibe to it. When I stayed there, my family and I had some issues with the elevator. There were no problem for six adults in the elevator. But the second time we rode it there were three of us in it and the elevator beeped signalling that we've breached the weight limit. The breakfast was good and the view was amazing. I don't really like the sculptures outside the window either. Really creepy especially at night. Had to close the curtains.

The hotel is clean and up to the mark. Satisfied with the services. We stayed in a superior type room but the room was very OK compared to the money we payed. Within 950meters from the batam center ferry terminal. The break fast is great and they also provide free shuttle to the near by malls. If you want they will also arrange for taxis for your private tours. Overall satisfied..

Awesome place. Very Grand and comfy style. Staffs are very friendly and rooms looks way beyond expectations and the price we pay. A very majestic setting. A supermarket and Cafe is just opposite hotel and taxi service available in hotel and just outside hotel.

This a spacious hotel near the harbour with many facilities, the personal is very clever and ready to help you in all occasions. With two swimming pools and big fitness center, room and SPA massages with Ayurvedic plants and oil, you have also one baby pool, all have changing rooms with shower and the boy deliver for free bath drapes. You can also other for lunch near the pools the personnal is very enjoy to bring you with do you. The prices are attractives and each evening you can take your dinner with a Orchester. Afternoon one pastry and cake shoo in open in lobby and you can eat free cakes and col water. The rooms are spacious and very nice with king bed or double singles and in room you have two massages sofas, one big office table, free minbar, each day three bottles water with a chiice of teas and coffe and the laundry srvice working in 24 hours. Its a really cheap and clever hotel with a nice staff. Breakfast is a big buffet from 6am to am. The hotitel provide for free shuttles for go to Nagoya shopping moll or market with free return.

Hotel was old and does not give that cozy comfortable vibe. However, cleanliness and spacious is satisfactory. The hotel is big and there are a lot of rooms on every floor, but seems so empty.

We stayed for two days here as tourist. very friendly staff. Easily accessible from the ferry port. Hotel drops you to important places by car. Really nice massage facilities. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel room, excellent services by hotel staff, strong free Wi-Fi, there are spaces to improve for wheelchair boundary.

The things they are showing as facilities seems its only a namesake especially shuttle service.. I checked after 5.30pm and when I came out for a shuttle service.. I have been informed me that it's completely full..you (me) would have to book it earlier..When I asked how I could do it even I checked in only at 5.30pm. Even after long discussion.. Seems nothing will happen. As a 1st timer.. This experience really is scaring me and forcing to thing about the other services, its availabilities.

The outside and entrance were built to wow. Very grand. Reception was a Breeze. There were some hiccups which were no fault of the staff. The front line staff service is 1st class. Very friendly n customer oriented. Special thanks to alpatri.
Now , the hotel rooms are a different experience. They are old and not well cleaned. Mine doesn't have a window! My family like the beds though.
There are better hotels with the price. Location is near Batam centre. Near Mega mall and next to Lotte Mart. Got some local stuff which are not sold in my country. Supermarkets at the city sell cheaper stuff though. Not near restaurants or cafes. Need to take cab. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel is decent. Breakfast so so only.

The room and loby design looks luxury, but there's some --what is it call?-- dusty smell or whatever on the carpets. Beside that, the shower in the bathroom is broken in my room.
But this hotel has a strategic location, near Bangka Center and not far from airport.

It looks indeed nice from outside The lobby is very pretty for a 4 stars hotel. But then as soon as you try out the kitchen and go to your room icl. the pool, you'd be felt kinda lost.

The doors are dirty and you could see through the woods (door frames etc). The bathroom utilities are in poor condition.

We spent 5 nights there and only went once (or max twice) for breakfast. Its sooo boring. There are enough way better food outside (ie. the Malls)

Friendly staff, chinese speaking receptionist.
Room is big but carpet, in the room or corridor is dirty (they have smoking floor for us, smokers. Good wifi. International tv chanels. Ac and hot water.
The pool is big but no body is swiming.
10 minutes walk from ferry terminal to Spore and to mall.
The price is sooo cheap for a 4 stars
