Checkin is fast, custom is fast, not crowded, easy way to get into the boarding area, no delay no fuss.
No need to tk escalators ..lift..easy

This Harbourbay ferry terminal in Batam does not allow PHV at all, no grab or uber, not even their blue bird taxi. You will need to use their taxi cartel service that charges at rip off prices. Can't believe that the management and authorities sit on their hands. Join the campaign and rate the place down.

The harbour bay area is very deserted. It does not feel very secure to be around this place as a tourist. The only decent eatery I found was Bella Italia.

Terminal is small and newly renovated. 2 ferry operators going to Singapore (Horizon and Batam Fast). There are also ferries going to Johor Bahru and Local Island Tanjung Balai.

The terminal is small but clean and well maintained. There's a small booth selling prepaid data cards, Roti-o for quick snack and a shop selling Kueh Lapis. Overall, good.

Only Batam Fast and Horizon Ferry serve this terminal. Less crowded so immigration clearance is faster.

This ferry terminal is the nearest to Nagoya Hill, Batam.
From this terminal it takes 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive to Nagoya.
Many eateries around here.
There are 2 major ticket offices.
However there are very few seats in the waiting area.
A hypermarket is in it's vicinity.
Major hotels are also available nearby.

well the pavements were a bit rocky and also food there not so great but still delicious 😊 if you have a girlfriend let her get out of the cab first in case if the cab driver drives always with your girlfriend inside becareful at night too don't walk alone on the dark streets !
