Bad quality control for the food variant.. some of the meat feels like frozen melt frozen then melt again..
Some suggestion.. maybe hanamasa could bring a little portion of each variant so the food not waste from being outside so long..
Please remove kimchi from your menu.. this is japanese not korean.. and if your kimchi taste good it is still can be considerated.. but please honestly just remove the kimchi it taste so bad
And for the staff a the counter.. i know you have a lot of feeling going on your work day.. but please at least smile when you have customer around..
It is buffet all you can eat.. don't make that kind medan people called "muka kayak mau makan orang" when your customer take a lot of food..
Bad exp.. undercooked bbq chicken wings.. frozen deforst frozen deforst meat.. your spesial order services before event all the guest sit down(this was the worst).. bad mood faces on the staff.. super sweet beverages..

For you who loves Yakiniku and Shabu Shabu aka Meats, Dumplings, or Seafood?
Kamu bayar mahal untuk bisa makan dan minum sepuasnya, tapi ga dimasakin 😅 tapi walaupun tinggal dipanggang atau rebus, you dont need to worry with the taste, daging2nya udah dibumbuin dan meresap dengan baik.

The food quality is horrible. The edible food that can be consume is only the thin red meat.
The drink they provide is super sweet drink, no mineral water or normal tea.
Price of 190,000idr/pax is bloody not worth it. They should just close down if they dont want to improve it.response / report this review -

Hanamasa is all-you-can-eat restaurant. Me and my friends have had great time dining in this place, the taste is great, the staff is helpful and of course, just eat and eat as many as you can.

Taste : 5/10 (poor quality meat, NO MINERAL WATER, they just give u a thai tea, sweet ice tea, lemon tea, ice chocolate for beverages, You have to pay for a juice)
Price : 4/10 (190k per pax. Kids above 10 y.o. counted as adult)
Service : 5/10 (Unfriendly staff. Especially if you are of non-Chinese ethnicity)
Ambience : 3/10 (The floor is slippery, smells bad)

Tempat yang nyaman untuk kumpul bersama keluarga. Bisa reservasi untuk acara ulang tahun, arisan, bahkan untuk pertemuan bisnis. Karyawannya ramah dan tanggap. Banyak pilihan makanan ( all you can eat). Harga yang ditawarkan cukup pas dengan kualitas makanan dan kenyamanan. Lebih murah dibandingkan dengan restaurant jepang lainnya. Dan soal rasa selalu bikin nagih untuk datang kesini lagi 😍
