Very very good food and cappacino. Great sea breeze and views. We just ate at the restaurant, but the resort itself looks amazing as well! Definitely recommend this spot!

Went twice. Good pizza not a lot else. It is a bit too resorty for my taste. Reheated dry chicken wings were a particular disappointment and the staff were so so by Bali standards.

Also we had the same annoying experience as another reviewer. We sat at a table with a beach view but got moved off it as it was reserved. We then sat at the back whilst the table lay empty!! Just needlessly annoying, if the food or service was mind blowing it could be forgiven, sadly they're not!

Hai Bar and Grill is a nice restaurant on Nusa Lembongan. Its located right at Mushroom Bay and the perfect place for a relaxed dinner. After our first visit we came back twice 😀 The food is delicious and the cocktails are great as well. Only watch out: dishes are more $$$ than in other places (but its worth it) and you better reserve a table in advance. So if you are looking for a nice dinner with your loved one(s) this is your place.

We liked this place and had awesome views of the sunset! We loved our Long Island ice teas :) the only 2 complaints I had was that they reserved tables in view of the sunset but no one ever showed up so it was us and one other couple but we were sitting in the back a little because the other tables were “reserved”. Finally it was a little proxy for Bali but we enjoyed our meal and drinks there!

So yeah after a lot of good reviews I had a bad experience.. I had a email confirm that they would pick me up at 9 am. After a hour waiting they came at 10 am. The breakfast was not good, the granola was old. Then when I wanted to have lunch at 1.30 pm. They told me that they start lunch at 3 pm. Because it was silent day the day before if they told me that in the email response or when I came there, I wouldn't be so diseppointed. The staff was not friendly at all and the pool smelted really bad.

Had a great night here on new years eve Food was good, staff were nice but the highlight was the views of fireworks on Bali mainland. Best place to eat around Mushroom Bay.

The food is alright. Average taste, the staff are not very accommodating, but there is a nice view. There is very little Indonesia food here. Compared to something more authentic, it is very clear that 90% of the food is American. Even the American food is average.

While some people like to have the food they eat at home when they travel abroad, I didn't fly over 8,000 miles to eat at the food I can find 50 feet from my house. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We had high expectations for this place, but it was very underwhelming. Service is slow, waiters although nice speak very little English, so is extremely hard to make special requests such as allergies or spicyness of food. My food was good but too expensive for what I got, quality and size wise, although presentation was lovely. My husband’s beef was tough and he didn’t enjoy his meal at all. Location is very nice but definitely wouldn’t come back.

Nice place to have diner. We made a reservation. The food was really good! It's a bit more expensive than the normal prices in Indonesia but price/quality is excellent. We paid for a small snack, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, 2 coffee and 1 cocktail, 1 glass of wine and 2 beers in total 800.000rp / 53 euro. So it's still not that expensive (comparing to the Netherlands). If you have dinner at Hai's, keep up some room for a desaert!!

The views are amazing! The food I got (only the Balinese sausage appetizer) was very good. The drinks were ok (but honestly, I thought this about all of the bars in the area. The drinks always tasted watered down). The one downside was the service. It wasn't terrible, it was just very slow, and I had to ask three times to get my bill. A waiter or two were a little on the rude side, but the other two were nice enough. It was just a bit odd compared to other places in the area where everyone is super friendly.

We went there after reading some reviews. And as aspected, it was fully booked. There was only one place left at the bar, which was fine with us. Good choice after all because the staff was very welcoming and social. The food was great and we drank a lot of wine. Ok bye.

Great atmosphere, great food. We love the grill fish and salad. Found out the chef used to work for four season for 10 years. He follows a famous chef there. No wonder the food was so good. It's a little bit expensive. But it's great for at least one special night on the island.

To date, this has to be the best experience we have had in Bali!! From the time we set foot in the beach front restaurant the lovely waitress could not do enough to get us settled while we waited for our table. Things just simply got betterOur new waitress was just as lovely, she spoke amazing English and recommended entreeThe food was so good we even ordered desert, which for us is rare! This did not disappoint 😍😍😍Hai Tide, you deserve 10 stars 😄😄 who cares it was a bit more expensive, it was well worth it !!! Oh, get the steak, it is to die for 😄😄

Lovely food, service and view. Maybe a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit over what you would normally pay but other than that, excellent. You can also use the hotel pool which is ace once you've bought food and drinks. Also, three nights a week they host a movie night next to the beach under the stars.

The restaurant is a bit pricey compare to most places but our experience there was beautiful. Reservations are recommended since the place is busy. It is located directly on the beach, open and the decor really sets the mood. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The food is prepared fresh and it is delicious. The fresh juices are a must try, I would recommend the mango or watermelon juices. Would definitely eat there again.

Don't trust the other reviews, this place is mostly a cash machine ripping tourists off on prices and quality.

You'll end up there by mistake or because they put themselves on google maps.

Food is very average, they can't even give you a fresh orange juice and serve industrial one instead

The staff is barely smily, helpful or understanding.

Very disappointing overall, I would advise you to go on the less famous and more local places.

The 1* is for the view, which is ok.

Oh, and the wifi isn't working, but this is a detail compared to the rest.

The staff wouldn't give us a time when they could seat us because 'they don't give people a time limit'. The majority of restaurants I've been to operate using the same policy, yet manage to handle guests and approximate wait times. We weren't offered a seat at the bar to eat or talked to again, so after 10 minutes we left. Prices seemed incredibly high as well.

I was there for dinner on weekday last week. It was busy so if you want to have table which closer to the beach come earlier or make reservation.

Very very good international food. Maybe the best on Nusa Lembongan.

Great service and very tasty food. I can recommend the burger, the beef pandang and the seafood paella (lunch special). Ohh and the chocolate tart is really good as well.

Great view over the beach, under the stylish straw hut roof. It seems to be quite cool there, even on the hottest of days.

Great snorkeling, just in front.

It is not a cheap place, but is sure is worth the money.

Went here for dinner. Had the beef tenderloin steak. Was lovely. You need to book in advance to get a good table.

All their food tastes great and the atmosphere is heavenly. Must go if you are in Lembongan!

Good food, bit pricey (and 21% tax + service to be added on the bill)
Had the best Western desert here! Creme brulee and chocola cake were delicious!
