nice hotel spacious and comfortable rooms, spacious parking, musholla is also comfortable which in b1, many companies or governments are using this hotel for forum activities with large participant capacity. friendly service, uniform is not formal, seem more friendly. food is also tasty. Overall good except the crowd in the lobby because many of the participants of training and meeting activities. but I guess it's just a certain day

Great place to stay but I ABSOLUTELY HATE it when they don't separate the exit for motorcyles and cars. Motorcycles tends to overtake places, causing the cars to never move.

Please separate the exits for motorcycles.

Almost gave you 1 star because your parking officer didn't guide or info me about the full parking at your hotel. All my disappointed paid by your good service and your warm. Good food and variety's of hotel services change my thought of you.

Harris hotel is one of the biggest franchise hotel in Indonesia. The room is quite comfortable, the view from the pool and the restaurant is good too. You also can find local’s cuisine around this hotel with affordable price.

good hotel., good enough service., especially for MICE event.., and also be one of the best spot to enjoy the view of Bandung City from the height. But., with limited parking area is another notes that should be the attention of the hotel management. Overall.is find., and you still got two thumbs up.

I like the ambience of clear and bright surroundings. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were accomodating. But the breakfast buffet serves limited variety of local and Western food.

One of recommended place to have a wedding party. This place is cozy, adjacent to well known Cihampelas Road, one of tourist destination in Bandung. Not too far from the city center and this place has beautiful scenery.

Well for 4 star hotel. This was not so bright
1. Car park very full when I stay there, so I must park in the lowest basement with no elevator, only stairs to go up on lobby. Lucky i was check in with luggage before I parked so no heavy lifting when climb stairs
2. Room was big, but my blanket was dirty.. Cleary been used before me (I was to tired to complaint because I get in my room 23.30 night) and no refrigerator, so my berry fruit was destroyed. Bah 4 star hotel with no refrigeratorso real
3. Breakfast so awfull. Hard rice, with spaghetti, kari ayam. I don't get it Indonesian food mix European food. I tell younot good combination. People pay for room+breakfast, expecting a good fill. Not something was left from diner.again 4 star hotel

The room is very spacious, with white and orange dominating it. The hotel is a little old, which also shown in the room decoration, but it is quite clean and comfortable. The location is so strategic, we could walk to rumah mode and pvj. The staffs are very helpful, we requested an early check in and high level room, and we got the early check in but in low level room since the high level room has not been cleaned due to the previous guest just check out. But the room is partially sound proof, i did not hear too many noisy conversation from the rooms beside, except conversations from the aisle or food step from the upstair, which is quite good. The breakfast selection is many but mostly indonesian food. The taste was good enough even though i struggled to find an empty table since the hotel was in full booked. I also ordered the room service, which was oxtail soup for 120k, and it tasted amazing. The outdoor pool is located above 17th floor which kinda cold but i think they fill the pool with luke warm water, i really enjoy it even the pool is quite small. Overall i love my stay in harris ciumbeluit and will consider it again for accomodation in bandung.

I went there for a company meeting. The meeting room is good, they provide us a nice note book which tells us to pay attention to the meeting.
The room where we stay is also nice, big space, neat, provide many socket and good wifi connection. I only disappointed with the water bathroom, it smells a little in the beginning.

I loved when they play famous songs from famous boyband like bsb, westlife, mltr, etc while you have your breakfast. I enjoy my meal more than other hotels that i've been. The staff was friendly too.
