  Gunung selok is located in adipala.. Hardly to take reach an hour from cilacap.. Basically its a hill.. On the top of the hills there is a buddha vihar.. From there you can see the excellent view of sea.. And there is a place called selok view - you shouldn't miss that place.. Its simply awesome. Its a view point..from here you can take some memorable pictures

  It's good place to spend your time to relax your eyes viewing south of the Java sea, but this lacks of bench
