  Not easy to notice because located inside an alley. Free wifi. Clean restroom. One of the most famous Gudeg restaurant in Yogyakarta. This place is located in an alley beside the Kaliurang street. You can choose to eat by using hand or spoon. The interior design is dominated by wood, as well as the chair and table they used. As the name is Gudeg Yu Djum, they only serve Gudeg (Yogyakarta's traditional food which has a sweet taste). As this is a main course and has a big portion, it's better to come when you're really hungry or at lunch time.

  Still one best gudeg in Jogja. I do prefer to eat in Yu Djum pusat.

  Actually i dont really like gudeg because the ingrediants too simple and the taste is so flat. I cant feel anything when i bite it. So poor gudeg. I think i wont eat gudeg again for a long time ahead.

  Dont ever go to this gudeg place in the morning as they serve cold or day before rice and other dishesi recommend to go in the afternoonbut other than that its a nice gudeg
