The least sweet gudeg compared to others in town. Be sure to try their kreceg (cows skin), the best!

    Best. Gudeg. Restaurant. Ever.
I always visit Gudeg Song Djie everytime I'm in Jogja. I really love the flavor. Really, there's not much to describe. It's so delicious that I lost word.
Really, try this one, and you'll never NOT come back.

Good food with good price. One of my favorite local - traditional restaurant serving "gudeg". Also serving yummy porridge for breakfast. Very recommended to try when you are visiting Yogyakarta.
Gudeg is tasty, but terrible customer service If not improve, I don't think I would be back for this place

I think this is the best gudeg in Jogja, not sweet, but savory!

Tempat makan gudeg yg cocok buat orang yang belum pernah makan gudeg. Jadi ga kaget karena rasa gudeg tidak terlalu manis. Sebaik nya makan langsung di sana karena kalau dibungkus rasanya agak beda

1 star for inelasticity. Was looking to order 35 boxes of gudeg for the following day with separate gravy. Was given all kind of reasons why it couldn't be done even though I offered to pay more for separate gravy. Took my business elsewhere.

Medium class depot with verry affordable price. The taste was good, the service is a bit less. They need more communicative and More wholeheartedly sincere at heart.

Definitely one of the best gudeg in Jogja!
The sweetness is just right with a nice taste of savoury. The sambel krecek is good, spicy and the texture is very nice.

It is quite pricey compared to other gudeg, but it's definitely worth paying!

Not popular among tourists but well known for locals. Definitely taste better than gudeg for "tourist" commonly found on Malioboro st. For me the kerecek was the hero while my friends loved the chicken. The recipe was authentic, every order was prepared by the lady owner & her daughter.

The special food of Yogyakarta City is a Gudeg that made from jackfruit. And one the best place to eat that is here.
