  The accomodation is very nice and clean. They also offer a good selection of breakfast included in the price. The stuff is friendly. The only issue we had was when we arranged a trip through the hotel. We asked for a specific trip that was on offer but also we asked them to take us to one more place in addition and agreed to pay more. At the end our driver took us where we wanted but skipped one more stop that was included in the original trip. However he still asked for increased price. We argued but they did not seem to understand the problem.

  Great location, friendly staff, good view of the surf, clean basic rooms, no mini fridge, good included breakfast, change money in Kuta before you come out to Balian, terrible rate exchange here.

  If you can deal with a basic (but clean) bathroom this is a very nice place to stay. Cool in the middle of the day as it catches all the breeze, beautiful gardens and the pool over looking the ocean is pretty special.

  Awesome place near the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is quite good and everything is affordable. Definitely recommend this place!
