Used to be a good gift shop but now its no longer as good as before. Less good stuffs being sold here, limited choice of gifts. The workers are not friendly at all, busy being on phone during​ work or talking to each other. Not even saying "thank you" to customers.

Gift shop yang sangat mengecewakan di istana plaza bandung. Pengalaman terjadi terhadap pacar saya disaat pacar saya mau membungkus boneka atas nama Inge. Pacar saya mendapat service yang buruk tidak ada welcoming terhadap customer. Staf bermain hape,tidak ada ramah tamah sama sekali, dan tidak ada terima kasih terhadap saya dan pacar saya selaku customer. Sehingga pacar saya hanya membungkus satu gift kecil. Dan terakhir bungkus kresek dari gift shop ini memakai brand kresek lotte mart. Sangat sangat mengecewakan
The most dissapointed gift shop that I have experienced. From the first experience I got a bad welcome from the staff. Actually I want to wrap a big doll but due to first bad impressions my girlfriend only wrap a little gift. The staff playing handphone and no smile in HIS face. Me and my girlfriend were very very dissapointed with the service that the shop given to us. And then, there is no appreciation of thanks to us as a customer. Lastly, the staff give a lotte mart plastic. Please control and manage again your staff better.response / report this review -
