  I would rate it more but I had a bad experience, first i found a finger nail in my fruit juice and also the room service staff did not listen to my order correctly on a number of occasions during my 3 days stay. The rooms are not ready to be occupied, lots of things missing as its newly opened and also the rooms are very overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The breakfast was the only good thing, they used high quality imported products.

  Hotel looks so nice, the staffs are awesome, polite manners & very attentive. They are addressing your concern quickly. Great service with sincerely smile and warm welcome which is so rarely found these days. Keep it up!
  For the breakfast, it is really impressive, vast selections especially local one – it’s really reflect the Bangka’s characteristic, the spiciness and spice.
  I also love their dessert at Double Dipps Coffee House and their catchy promo like maksibar (love the fried fish with teriyaki sauce damn much!)
  A big thank you to all team for making my stay memorable :)
