One of the oldest private hospital in Makassar. The owners are doctor-couple themselves; the wife is an obstetrician and the late husband was an internist. One of their children is also an obstetrician working there. Another child manages the hospital although she's not of medical profession.
For the emergency services, their general physicians are always there so you don't need to worry. But they do need to consult to specialists at times which can take time.
For the ambulatory services (poliklinik), the service is quite well. But there are so many patients and the doctors are sometimes late to come so expect to wait for up to 90 minutes before a doctor sees you. The medical fee is a little high, but is within acceptable range because this is private hospital, indeed. Their pharmacy, on the other hand, is expensive. If you can wait and buy the medicines elsewhere, just go to your usual drug store.
For the admitted patients (perawatan), the service is also respectable. Nurses are courteous, professional and on-time. The rooms, especially VIP rooms, are well furnished. But remember this, in a private hospital EVERYTHING comes with a cost, so if you don't mind to pay a little more to have little less complaints, do come here. My wife gave birth twice here, both with Caesar's surgery. My father went here when he had gallbladder problems. My mother-in-law went here at least every 2 weeks in the last 6 years of her life fighting cancer.
They also accept many health insurance holders, including BPJS. But for BPJS patients, the paperwork is a little more complicated and the ambulatory clinic is located at the back side of the building (the doctors are the same persons, anyway).response / report this review -

Dirawat inap selama 4 hari, kartu asuransi malah ngga dibalikin sama petugas, entah hilang dimana, pengisian form asuransi pun lama.. Seminggu belum kelar padahal berbayar pula. Sangat kecewa..
