excellent hotelrooms are a bit dated but very spacious, clean, warm water and a good working airco. The staff is excellent and very helpfull with any questions or requests. The garden behind the hotel is very nice. The hotel shuttle service and airport service is good as well. Only a swimmingpool is missing and breakfast is a bit basic therefor 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Would recommend the place to everybody. High value for money!!

Bed bugs !!!
AVOID THIS PLACE!
It was the worst night I had during a 1 month trip to Indonesia we could not sleep at all.
We took this place because it offer airport pick up/ drop off but is close to the airport and that service is not needed.
The 2 beds in the room were full of nasty bed bugs! I never do a bad comment but this place has to do something about it. Room 50 is a nest of bed bugs I hope management do something about it.response / report this review -

Perfect place in labuan bajo if you want to go to airport of komodo, there is a free shuttle to catch or bring you from or to airport. The rate is very cheap and you will get a free breakfast, but this place does not have a swimming pool so it is just perfect place to transit a while if you plan to go to airport of komodo but not for vacation or trips in labuan bajo, there is other place that suit for you better if you want to spend vacation in labuan bajo

Very close to airport, walking distance, so no taxi needed. Ask staff for motorbike rent. Budget place for exploring labuan bajo on acceptable comfort. Nothing fancy, but better than homestay around.

Really great place to stay! Breakfast had a lot on offer and varied slightly every day and was really good. The rooms were excellent and clean, providing all essentials. The free shuttle service from/to the airport was very handy, even though the hotel is a 5 minute walk away. They also offered free dinner transportation to town between 6-9pm, which was great as town is a bit of a walk away. Laundry service (charged) was well done. A small shop as part of reception provided all essentials needed. The dining area and outside garden was wonderful to relax in during the evening. WiFi was provided but only worked in the reception area. Overall a very pretty hotel with very friendly staff.
