Excellent staff, good breakfast, amazing omelettes. When you stay at the pool in the afternoon have lunch with quesadillas. Just perfect, unfortunately discovered on my last day

Good value, lovely staff, huge rooms, center of Ubud. Walking distance to Monkey Forrest.
They have a free shuttle service to take you where you want to go and pick you up!
Nicely integrated into nature.

Here what they need to improve
1. No hot water
2. AC not really working and noisy (i ended up with not using it)
3. Wifi signal in the room is bad!! Need to go to the pool areas to get it better and my own phone provider signal (Telkomsel) not really working in there too
4. Spooky atmosphere especially in the evening - night
5. Soundproof room maybe needed as i can hear the footsteps and above room door slamming in the mid of the night continuously (kind of spooky too)
The good points are
1. The hotel itself is clean
2. Complete amenities
3. A lot choices of breakfast

We had a lovely stay here - the grounds are beautiful with loads of gorgeous plants and ponds and two pools, including one with a stunning view over rice fields.
The staff were always smiling and so keen to help.
The breakfast buffet was awesome and we had some great meals in the restaurant too.
We were particularly pleased that, as our flight wasn't until midnight, they let us carry on using their free shuttle service and their pool and towels the day we checked out. Really felt at home!response / report this review -

Staff was amazing. Area was beautiful and location very good. Free shuttle service was gorgeous.

never had free taxi servixs pick up drop off
around centre of ubud,this is amazing experience abd good money saver.
stuff is just so nice always with smile
and ready to help.
rooms are nice and supper clean.
only downside is swimming pool is way to far for me and i never get to experience it becusbe of the closing Houre from 7am/7pm

I tend to hop around to different hotels and guest houses just to experience different places. When I'm in Ubud I stop in and stay here for a couple nights because it's consistently amazing. Stayed in the larger rooms and also the cheaper ones on the other side of the property. Love this place.

Great hotel! Extremely clean. The rooms are huge and spacious and the a/c works very well.
They also have a good free shuttle service for most of central Ubud (pick up/drop off). The hotel itself is conveniently located close to many restaurants, a pharmacy and a circle k (3-5 mins).
All the workers are happy, professional and prove to be very courteous.
The Green Field restaurant is so-so. Their included morning buffet is great! (7am-11am) Everything tastes good and looks fresh. I would personally avoid the restaurant for supper though. There are too many good places around the hotel that you should try.
Also the pool isn’t the cleanest looking.. I avoided using it. On the flip side, the rice field is pretty amazing. It is worth getting a room with a view. The sunsets are very nice.

Super recommended hotel. Rooms very clean and large. Nice pool and view. Staff very friendly. But there's no tv, that the concept, good for holiday and take a rest.

Most incredible hotel we've stayed at. Booked the premium room and was so glad we did. So clean, and perfect location! Only downfall was the spa. Don't go there.. the massage was the worst we've had in Bali.

This hotel is incredible. It's tucked away from the busy street and has great views of the rice fields. Our room was the deluxe, which had a large balcony overlooking the fields, 3 total rooms (huge), and all the usual hotel fixings. They have 2 pools, 1 salt water, 1 fresh, which both get lots of sun. The breakfast is buffet style, which was very good. They offer free shuttle service to anywhere in Ubud, which just requires calling them from wherever you are (or the store/restaurant you're at will call if you ask). Overall, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and especially for the money. If you book directly with the hotel, you can save a little money if you let them know your price online.

It is very close to Ubud center and the Monkey Forest, but even if your are tired and don't fancy a walk, the hotel offers free shuttle service. The stuff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was quite big, with King bed size and a terrace with views to the rice fields. The clean standards were also quite high. Breakfast was nice too, not great in choice, but i think enough to enjoy. The only negatives, you could find so many ants near the restaurant tables and because is so close to the rice fields, could stink some times, but always from outside, room would not get the bad smell.

Offers great value for money. Really big room, with balcony, and bathroom bigger than most double bedrooms. Two swimming pools, the saltwater pool overlooks the rice terraces. Staff friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and back from town.

Peaceful Balinese style hotel in the middle of Ubud with lovely views of rice fields.
Staff very friendly and professional.
Wonderful free taxi service around Ubud town.
Two lovely swimming pools -one salt water.
Breakfast included -good food.

Overall, great! Nice and helpful staff, clean, large rooms, good breakfast, two great swimingpools, walking distance to, mostly, everything. A charming and beautiful hotel. Honestly, even though not cheap - at least for us, it offers a great value. We strongly recommend.

This hotel is divine and very paradisic. Luxurious and picturesque. Perfect for a couple or lavish friends. South of Ubud town and horrific traffic means it takes a while to get into ubud centre. For a solo traveller felt a bit much and I would recommend somewhere central.

The Greenfield is a place that must have been great a few years ago. Now it looks a bit run down, the rooms could all get some love and attention. Overall the garden is beatiful, the pool area nice and the breakfast decent. Overlooking rice fields and being away from the loud streets is definitely a plus.

They have friendly, attentive and very helpful group of staff lead by talented young lady, FenyAdd to that : located in a beautiful setting in the heart of Ubud we're so lucky they consider us coming back home on each of our visit!

What a great staff.. Always ready to help and nicest people we have met. Very attentive to details and always made sure we enjoyed the activities we made with them.
Rooms are big compared to European standard, decor is simple but most of the time is spent out of the room.
2 amazing swimming pool, great breakfast and shuttle transfer to the center until 10pm is a real +.

Great hotel. We had a king-sized bed room looking over the rice fields. It was quiet and intimate. The two pools are great. Breakfast was fairly good. Staff here were more friendly and helpful than your average employee.

The best hotel in Ubud.
I have been 10 times to Ubud and stayed in different hotels until I found this one. Stayed there in January and March this year and going back again in May.
The location is fantastic, walking distance to everywhere. They have a free shuttle to 3 different points in Ubud. Anytime you wish to go, just let reception know. When you are ready to going back to the hotel, call them and they'll come to pick you up. The shuttle operates until 10pm.
The rooms are big and very comfortable. The 2 pools are awesome, the one next to the restaurant looks over the rice fields, just magic!
The buffet breakfast is simple and very good, they bake their own bread and make their own jam.
I've ordered food a few times and it was delicious - lunch and dinner -
The staff speak very good English and are always greeting you with a big smile, and very helpful.
If you are going to Ubud, don't look any further than the Greenfields hotel, you won't be disappointed!response / report this review -
