  We had booked this from traveloka as it said as 4 stars hotel for 2 nights and when we arrived the place is NOT even close to 4 stars hotel in anyway. Under-staff, poorly maintained, door cannot be open and it is actually old apartment building with more than a 100 apartment empty, which they are trying to rent as a hotel room. So, you will be staying with the people who live there. The lift was smelly and dirty and really poorly maintained. The ceiling having holes and constant tripped electricity in the apartment. I decided to lose my money since it was nonrefundable booking but it was worthed since I booked a proper 4 stars hotel in the end. The picture in google looks so nice while in reality it is NOT nice at all.

  Expect less from this facilty, Building is rather old with serious level of building maintenance required. The basement karaoke is a good choice for within walking distance entertainment. I would not recommend it, just go for chain hotels unless you are really a budget travel.

  Kalau kebingungan malem2 di kawasan serpong, mendingan nginep disini saja, fasilitas bintang 4 akses internetnya super kenceng.
  
  Kalau laper, bisa langsung order makanan dari tempat tidur. Recommended banget deh pokoknya.
