has nice experience here, i & husband must wait until over 2pm for checked in bcs room not ready then they upgraded our room (i forgot the name) with newest and more spacious room, its clean and have great mountain view. breakfast at their new restaurant, they have various and delicious menu. they also have playground and small water park for kids

Its been great. Really spacious room with great mountain view.. A lot of food variance for breakfast, but there's only few table.. Theres only tiny bit problem with cleanliness, curtain is dirty & there's a used tissue under my bed, but everything else is amazing

Suck hotel, i didn't get breakfast on Sunday at 8am because there is too many guests every sunday and they didn't provide enough food, less service, WiFi unconnected because low signal just one bar,

3 hari 2 malam di ussu. Overall good service by room attendant, front office. Amarillys attendant for b'fast our saya nilai poor service. Buat managment ussu remember this. Cold served cold that is right. But HOT FOOD SERVED COLD ????????? Come on USSU Ga make sense kan. Banyak chipped mug, chipped saucer, dan chipped dinner plate tetap di taro di line. This is BAD. Saya stay di kamar catalya 1 nomor 213 FROM 03.08.16 - 05.08.16 the view to the mountain is superb. Security all of them are nice
Person so helpful even the night shift. They do an excellent job.

Nature themed hotel. Great for spending holidays with family. You can do jogging inside the hotel. Great night view from the restaurant which is located on the top of the cliff. Breakfast menu wasn't plenty though.

Great room (Catalya 2). Great swimming pool. Humble and nice service. Feel so warm. And lot of parking area and we can park our car right in front of our room.
The mountain view is so great.

Too bad, the breakfast time is too short. Only from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I came in 9.15 (its holiday dude. We want to get up late). The egg station is close. Only left Nasi Goreng, Bihun Goreng, and Vegetable Sauté. And theyre taste so bad. But the staff offered me to make the eggs. Which is very nice 👍
