Hotel ini masih bergaya lama, seperti ruangannya yang luas, masih menemukan bath up di kamar mandinya, dengan ac dan telepon juga bergaya kuno. Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Staff ramah, hangat, dan meneyenangkan. Channel televisi walau terbatas tetapi pilihannya antara channel film, olah raga, dan stasiun lokal. Ada ekstra bantal dan sajadah di almari yang bisa digunakan.

The staffs are warm and very friendly. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. It also has playground for children. Such a great experience for staying here.

I really like this particular hotel just as the Ciputra in Semarang where both of it share that similar contemporary touch, meanwhile I like the larger room of the Grand Quality but I also love the addition of the table lamps on the Ciputra so both appears to be on a same level. the amenities seemed to be fine but I'm not sure how it was because I was just getting along with a friend here for several hours

The staff speaks good English, and are friendly. We hired a cab with a driver to drive us and that's a better option (cost effective) than to hire a taxi from place to place. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The bathrooms are good, each with a tub. The food is tasty and surprisingly cheap although they take about half an hour to serve from menu. Try and join their buffet breakfast. The aesthetic appeal of served food was very pleasing. There's coffee and tea in the room, water and a small refrigerator. Overall a very good experience and a very good price.

first I got a room with a broken air conditioner. so it was really damp and the pillows are smelly. then when the staff got my complain, the response was quiet fast and we're moving to the other room which was much more comfy. Overall, nice service.

Try crispy duck in Chines resto in this hotel.. The hotel itself is quite old one.. but they always try to keep the service to customer.. the room rate, well, you can find cheaper hotel with better design..

Spent a night there. The room was spacious, all amenities were prepared well, great panoramic lift. Breakfast were great; egg stall with live chef, various bread and jam, also several indonesian- oriental a la carte.

Convenient location for airport with free shuttle from hotel, 10 minutes away.
Located on a busy road with easy access to some small supermarket and souvenir store and spa shop.
Hotel garden is very small and facility a little bit old.
Still a good stay there for one night stay.

“good place, but it's another 5 KM to the city”
good place to say, quiet, good restaurant, good pool. but it's another 5 KM to the city.
if you have your own car, this should not be an issue. moreover, renting car is extremely easy in Yogyakarta.
