Many things in our room were not clean; bathroom, pillow case, bed sheets, glasses, etc.

The only friendly staff were the ones in reception, and 2 only from restaurant. The others just as indifferent and extremely slow respond in serving guests.

Overall, it was not worth the price, we wish we stayed at the other place.

I received an announcement after my arrival in a paper that the electricity will be off from 8 am to 6 pm tomorrow because of the construction of new hotel building. Who would not be angry because of the announcement? I politely complain about it in the reception and ask about the compensation of this inconvenience but the receptionist could not answer my question but promise to ask her manager about it. I waited about 2 hour but the receptionist was not calling back so I took an initiative to call her first. She still did not answer my complains well but (again) promise that the manager will call me back. Ten minutes later the manager (should be) call me back and said that the electricity would not turn off completely in that hour because they will switch it off with the back up power. Then she quickly said thank you and drop the phone. I could not believe the manager can be very impolite. Another issue is why they sent a notice said that the electricity will be off during exact hours? I still dont know what will be happened tommorow, i hope they will keep their promise. I capture their letter with my phone.

A moderately priced hotel with dated rooms. They are skimpy on the amenities. You have to ask for a hand towel or wash cloth, otherwise only bath towels are standard in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. A free breakfast in the morning that is supposed to start at 6am but is not fully serviced until at least 6:30. It's a comfortable hotel but don't expect full service.

The room is quite large. The Staffs are very helpful. The serve local cuisine at breakfast which is tasty. Be careful if you don't like spicy food though.
