  Pengalaman nginap di hotel ini,kl hanya utk tidur mlm lumayan,lokasi strategis pusat kota,tp utk kenyamanan &keamanan perlu ditingkatkan..hr per-1 menginap: saluran kmr mandi mampet,kamar tdk kedap suara,kl ada anak sblh yg nangis menganggu sekali,kunci kamar sering macet shg hrs bolak balik beritahu ke resepsionis,channel tv sedikit dan buram,sabun cair kosong,sabun mandi cm satu,dikomplain br dikasih:-S,ketika disuruh bersihkan kmr mandi yg mampet ternyata menurut OB nya sdh sering deretan kmr ini mampet, ketika dikomplain reseps bilang nanti dibilangin sm manager??breakfast ..duh rasanya standard amat,sy minta pindah kmr e ketika pindah kmr brg sy ada yg hilang,ketika komplain jwbnya ntar di antar,ditunggu ngga dtg,di ph lagi ke resepsionis jwbnya brg sy ngga ada..tlg manajemennya agar lbh diperhatikan..terima kasih
