It's a 5 star hotel, if I'm not mistaken. But their hospitality need to improve. The reception work slooooww, it took forever for us to check in. No issue about the room, but their hospitality is awful.

While the facilities are satisfactory, I thought the receptionist service was poor.
It took me about 40 minutes to get settled in the room that I requested and even then, it wasn't properly prepared. Overall, receptionist was not very attentive. Other services provided were okay.

i like the toilet 😅😅 it's true! it's girl friendly,,with extra attached mirror for make up.. 😝😝 the only thing that make me feel uncomfortable is the existency of connecting door between my room n next door,,even though it's locked but still annoying for me.. annoying to see,,and annoying coz I can clearly hear the noise from next door..

Huge. It was my first impression to this hotel. Parking area, lobby, room and even shower booth. Strategic location, within 30 minutes to airport. It also has a nice restaurant serving Japanese and Indonesian food.

Two things I don't like: smell of roasted coffee and hard flooring.

One of the best hotel you'll find in Kendari. I love its restaurant's food. Sometimes you'll find live piano music next to the restaurant.

The best place for staying at Kendari. Great sea shore view from the room. Room was decent in term of space, clean and well maintained. Staff services was good, they're friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast menu options.

Might be currently the best hotel in Kendari.. 4 star hotel.. Good swimming pool, Gym, Huge Ball room, nice view top floor meeting room, good restaurant. Breakfast in western style, Indonesian, and local food all in top quality. It'd be perfect if the prayer room 'musholla' can be bigger..
