First time to Bali and our stay at the Nikko was a very memorable experience

All the staff were very friendly and most helpful
Breakfast had a good assortment to cater for everyone and the staff were lovely
The Pool bar staff were great along with the restaurant staff

The whole Hotel from the main road to the beach was maintained well

Big thanks to all the staff

We'll be back

My wife and I got Bali belly on day 2 which was awful especially while having a 1yr old and they charged us $200 to see the doc and get a few tablets, then disgustingly charged us $100 to was 2 small bags of washing!! Just very expensive and poor service and we won’t be back or recommend- avoid!!

It's a beautiful resort and I loved my stay there. However, the highlight was definitely the swimming pool. They have a huge swimming pool that's really well architected.
PS: they have a pool bar as well.

The breakfast is very good and cheap. The rooms are nice. In general it is very hot in the area and the air conditioning is okay.

Used to be the Aston Grand Resort and Spa but taken over by Hotel Nikki since March 8th this year. This us a very well manage property right in the center of Nusa Dua. Excellent and courteous staff from check in to dining and housekeeping. Beautiful beach and a clear view of Mount Agung at times. Go for it. Sumptuous breakfast with local and western dishes on offer. Egg station and fresh made French toast will light up your day. Dining room waiters and waitresses are super attentive and make sure you have the best breakfast experience ever. 5 stars all the way.

This place was absolutely amazing. The second my partner and I pulled up the front of the resort our doors were immediately opened, we were greeted by the accommodating staff and were upgraded to a junior suite without having to ask! We were given a beautiful welcome drink as a refreshment. Then escorted to our room. As the doors opened we were both in awe. We could not believe our eyes how amazing the room was. Everything was absolutely perfect, even the finer details. The whole entire resort felt peaceful, calm and safe. Food was great, pool is amazing and it's located right on the beach. Perfect for a family holiday based on relaxation or a little bit of adventure with the water sports available only metres away. Loved it, would go back in a heart beat. Currently in a new accommodation in Bali and not feeling the same vibes. Thank you Grand Aston! You definitely will be missed! Wish we spent our whole time in Bali here.

Grand Aston Bali was an excellent resort and was located in a good location. Neither too secluded nor too crowded. The restaurants were all good and the morning breakfast spread was good. The rooms were neat and clean with all the required amenities. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others as well

I was touched by their warmful hospitality, so I could spend splendid time here :)
The facilities are not new but they have tried to keep clean them. only one thing I wanted them to improve was room WiFi. The WiFi in the room was weak to enjoy browsing.

This is a bit if an aged dame, I'm sure that once it was grand, but now it's just a bit tired Rooms, pools, public areas all in dire need of a refresh. On the plus side, staff are great, it's well located and rooms a huge and cheap. Probably won't come back, given higher standard of local competition for around 10% more per night.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and the bathroom fittings are dated and unreliable. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of the day and is of consistent quality.
The pool and leisure areas are well laid out. The resort has a nice relaxing atmosphere in a quiet location. Good for families.

Awesome Honeymoon Destination in Bali. Away from city traffic and pollution. Have almost all interesting destinations nearby. Clean, Calm & Beautiful. With private beach as well as swimming pool.

Its a really beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful area of Bali, away from the crowds and traffic of the city. The service n staff are very courteous and really helpful. They also have a very well maintained private beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Grand Aston for 4 days. One note that the hotel needs to strictly implement 'no swim suit' prohibition for guests when using the pool. I saw kids and women using the pool without proper swim suit and when I asked the pool guard they said it is fine unbelievable response! you have successfully turned it into a cheap pool!

It could deserve a better score, but got only 3 because of the disappointment. The hotel is supposed to be a 5-star, but is in an old building, the beach is not very clean and boats or see bikes keep circling close from the shore so the air smells gaz a lot.
On the bright side, the rooms are big, the breakfast is awesome, the pool is nice, the cocktails in the bars are good and not too expensive (especially if you target the happy hours)
If the hotel were a 3-star or 4-star hotel, I would probably have given a better score, but for a 5-star hotel (with the prices of one), it is quite disappointing

Fabulous service! On my Honeymoon and the staff have been fantastic and friendly. not too much going on in the area as it seems to cater more for an older crowd. Restaurants close early so no late dinners. The resort pool is awesome with direct access to the pool bar and happy hour running from 3pm. Food at the various resort restaurants is excellent albeit catering for western choices more than traditional foods. The spa is the cherry on top - serene setting, amazing massage therapists and incredible treatments. Well worth spending more money at the Spa than going for a cheapy spa on the main road.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. They charged my credit card as i paid for a colleague of mine. Then they embarrassed me by asking my colleague to pay at check in bearing in mind that they asked me for a copy of my credit card and passport and other documents they still pulled off this stunt. The staff are very stupid the duty manager cannot speak English and the reservation staff named Martha is very stupid too. She obviously has no clue about customer service and wasting customers time. Don't waste youre time to this hotel unless you want a crap service

Located in Nusa Dua, it is situated in the more Family oriented area of Bali. This means it can be a lengthy ride via taxi to go to Seminyak or Kuta for shopping and some of the better restaurant's. However you should find enough facilities around to keep you occupied if you choose not to leave the area. We stayed in ocean view room and some of us stayed in ocean view suites. You do get to see the ocean and the rooms are spacious and clean. Service is a mixed bag at times. Sometimes it is really good and sometimes you need to ask multiple times. Overall it was a good place to stay.

A great seaside hotel.. Rooms are quite old but still clean and tidy.. Breakfast meals are delicious. The beach is also beautiful and you can walk from the beach to a sand island when the tides are low.. Very pleasant stay

Have not stayed at a better beachside resort. Honestly the only thing the hotel was missing was a spa bath. Staff were phenomenal, the treatments were wonderful, the gym was modern and clean and the poolside bar was a nice treat.

Excellent room, service, gym, and breakfast. The pool is nice but the water could have been cleaner. Ocean is warm and easily accessible with nice sandy beach but perhaps more suitable for those enjoying watersports than relaxation.
