  Really really disappointed. I rarely disappointed by bookstore and this one can really achieved it. The shop attendants are lacking of training and giggles by themselves. They are impolite too, snatching my book saying that they have to put a 'code' there, until I demand to meet their Supervisor.
  
  No complete collection. Price are expensive. Membership really doesn't give any useful benefit rather than forcing you back to them again.
  
  I don't know why they still open.
