Location is perfect as its only a walk distance to Duta Mall, the ballroom is great, perfect for big conference, however the food is just so-so though.

Lobby was good
Staffs were very friendly and professional

But for Housekeeping, OMG!
My bed was dirty! There was a blood stain and some black marks on my linen AND my pillow!
I left a note to the house keeping, to ask them to change the linen; new one didn't have blood stain but still had some black marks.

Didn't have breakfast there

I give 5 stars! Detail in interior design and luxury. All facilities room, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, spa clean and well maintained. Located
in city center. Recommended hotel in Banjarmasin if you want to get comfortable night.

Nice hotel and value for money.
Would be good if they open up again their executive lounge on 11 floor.
I skip the club floor and choose to stay normal category room as the lounge is closed.

Service was good. Breakfast was OK. Couldn't sleep past 4:45am from the neighboring mosques. It's not the hotels fault, but it was rough and I couldn't wait to depart.

Excellent hotel!! The services are great and very professional, staffs are well-trained. The buffet has a wide variety of choices, from local, asian, to western. Rooms are also very cozy and clean, elevators are sophisticated. Overall, two thumbs up for Golden Tulip Hotel Banjarmasin.

Good place & facilities. Its a private place to stay at although its in the one busiest place in Banjarmasin. The pub also good. Although the clerk isnt so nice as the place & the ground parking was too small for big cars to pass through, it would be difficult to turn around. And theres a security check at the peak of the in. Would be troublesome for cars who have some problem with their breaks to hold still while the security check go on.
