  Rude staff, awful service, TERRIBLE travel agent.. This tour agent didn't responsible for any mistakes they did.. Don't ever use their visa service and tour service.. I went to Europe tour in 2016, i paid for the premium program and they end up having a budget one.. My tour don't even have the local guide, only tour leader, but they charged me both.. they forced everyone to pay the tip for local guide (which is no local guide from the first trip to the end!!!).. Huge Disappointment!!
