A valueable small trip to visit the place where Pangeran (prince) Diponegoro set his militia to built an army in fighting the Netherlands Royal army during 1825 and 1830.

Historical hill as the main camp of the Diponegoro prince and Sentot Alibasyach price of Yogyakarta to fight for the colonial. Beautiful panorama and fresh air, truly recommended to hold outbound and outdoors activities..even offered special local fruit and traditional souvenirs with cheap priceits great place to meditation to relax our mind better💙💙🇮🇩🇮🇩🇲🇨🇲🇨🏆💯💯🆗🆒🆒🆒

One of the temporary headquarter of Diponegoro during his rebellion toward Dutch occupation. Laying up to a cliff it is only a bank instead of real long deep inside underground cave. But it was a major stronghold used by a huge army commanded by the prince. Nowadays it surrounding has been built as a park with multiple child play. Unfortunately it is no longer in 'fresh' condition. A lot local traditional seller can be found here. Offers you local fruit and beverages.

It's not only tourist attraction but a historical place. It could be a good destination for your families or students to know about Prince Diponegoro. His struggle to fight kolonial. Good view, waterfall, and cave you can get here. Just less the maintenance. Many vandalism

View and historical event is some of it's attractions. Some play ground toy is damaged. Too many people selling here. Not very comfortable. There are a small waterfall that you could play with.

Iseng-iseng blusukan di Bantul, nemu goa ini. Goa yang dulunya tempat persembunyian Pangeran Diponegoro. Lokasinya asri, bersih, dan sudah tertata dengan baik. Ada fasilitas taman bermain buat anak-anak, ada dua gua utama (Goa Kakung dan Goa Putri), dan ada dua air terjun. Sayangnya saya tidak menemukan pemandu wisata, mungkin karena saya berkunjung kesana sore hari.
Ketika saya kesana, tidak ada retribusi untuk tiket masuk hanya ada retribusi untuk uang parkir Rp 2.000,-.response / report this review -
