Well..I understand that working in such a place is stressful and exhausting, but please, stay professional and be friendly to those to do the papers. I aint gonna judge the staffs cuz it aint easy to work with govermental papers.

The staffs are rude. I barely ask things and they already got mad about some nonsense. My flight to Germany is on thursday next week and my Visa hasn't ready 2.5 weeks after my appointment, when my friends' visas were ready 3 days until a week after the appointment.

Bunch of incompetent liars, mostly females, absolutely not interested in doing their job. It was second time I have bee there and as German citizen I am wondering what kind of people work there.Those people would never been hired in Germany.They send some trash to Jakarta who has no idea about international affairs.

Not pleasant at all. Much improvements in the services is needed. Several staffs are plainly rude to me and my friends. The website of this place barely has functions at all, except for the bookings, because it does not serve updated information about the requirements needed for application. The staffs will keep telling us to bring many additional documents that do not even mentioned earlier in the website. This happened not only once. But twice so we kept coming back. It's funny that when being called and asked about the requirements, the staffs would insist for us to open the website. And then they will yell at us for not bringing the complete requirements. Remember, some of the documents need time to be retrieved (up to 1 week), but it is nowhere to be found mentioned in the website.
This faulty service costs us so much time. We also risk losing our flight booking because we wont be able to get our visa on time. How much cost do they need to simply UPDATE the damn website with factual information? It will be more effective i think, instead of keep sending us emails and yelling for the lacking.
