Gedung Pertemuan yang biasanya untuk resepsi pernikahan. Tempatnya strategis mudah di akses, lokasi luas, bangunan Joglo Jawa sehingga sangat eksotik.

Gedung pertemuan yang luas dengan ciri khas arsitektur jawa yang masih kental, banyak ukiran di bangunannya, sering digunakan untuk acara pernikahan atau wisuda. Dekat dari Stadion Gelora Utama Manahan. Area parkir untuk motor biasanya memakai bahu jalan di depan gedung.

Gedung yang cocok untuk acara besar seperti wisuda atau pesta perkawinan. Dengan suasana tradisional Jawa yang akan meninggalkan kesan unik dan menarik. Toilet juga bagus, akses sangat mudah dicapai untuk tamu dari luar kota karena terletak di dekat Stadion Manahan.
