We had ordered vegetarian food which was pretty good. Walkable from neo plus hotel Kuta. Highly recommended

From the outside this place lacks in decor but makes up in service and great tasting food. Service was speedy, waiters are very helpful and ambience is great. Located in a busy area but worth the wait to be seated.

Food was below average, especially disappointed with the lamb biryani which had a lot of fatty pieces and stretchy bits that were inedible (look at pic). Also ordered a lamb and chicken thali which is made up of small portions of rice, yoghurt, lamb curry, chicken curry and lentils and comes with a dessert of gulab jamun. Was looking forward to the tray but again very bland in taste and only flavoursome item was the dessert which tasted like it was made fresh.

Restaurant is not very clean either and staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. I’d say if you are after a slight taste of Indian food, then visit. Otherwise there are plenty of other places offering Indian food that tastes so much closer to home than here!

It was like getting water in the dessert when we had been to Bali. Food was better compare to many restaurant's we had been in the Bali. Do recommend this restaurant for pleasant dinner. They can improve a bit serving with traditional Indian taste.

Average food, fish was mostly flour- with a hint of actual fish. Ordered the chefs special grilled chicken and it came in a small portion. It was dry with a little dry spice sprinkled on it. Was quite expensive, service was good though. Expect a 15% service charge.

I tried mixed vegetables and it was ok but way too much for one person. Taste was ok. Staff was honest about the quantity of food (that I shouldn't order more than 1 item as 1 item would be too much to eat). Good for groups.

Value for money food. Indian cuisine was well prepared and good in quantity serving. The place is on the main road. Any visitor to Bali looking for Indian food should try this restaurant. The restaurant also servers alcohol.

One of the few Indian restaurants in Bali and this one is in kuta main market. The main course was fine but the starters were not good. The service was good and the staff was friendly.

Good food, yet a bit upscale for Indian food.

We enjoyed a good supper here. The food was okay, not bad. But I had better Indian food in KL for much lower prices.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

    Delicious Indian food!

Their fish curry tasted like it was grilled on an open flame. Comes with onions, green bell peppers and tomatoes.

Same with their Chicken tikki masalah, comes with the same veggies along with an egg! Red sauce and buttery.

Spicy is spicy. You can choose from mild, medium or spicy.

Their lentil soup was chalk full of flavor.

Their chutney comes with green and red sauce. The red is delightfully sweet and their green is spicy. Also comes with pickled onions.

    Credit cards accepted here.

They have set menu specials and also lunch specials.

    Very, very friendly staff members.

Worst Butter Chicken ever, tastes like a tomato juice. Dish without any taste. Only naan was good, really expensive for the quality.

अतिथि देवो भव! Complete opposite of the statement! Rude staff who did not have the courtesy to serve us as we entered just 10mins before they closed. Were ready to take order only one condition.. 'you parcel food but no eat here'
Food we bought was much below average. Bad attitude was what was served the best here!

Disappointing and pricey, for the quality. Cheese naan was ok, butter chicken tasted too much of tomatoes, price is high, would be justified if the quality was higher. Friendly staff though and good location next to amazing Five Barrels.

Not sure why overall 3.1 rating on Google.
This place is as awesome as the name. Great food, good at taste, overall lot of options in the menu.
Service is little slow when crowded, but it's worth waiting. Located in main areas of Kuta.
We loved being here and plan to visit again during the rest of our Bali stay. PS - we ordered Vegetarian food !

Visited again Thaali highly recommended !

This message of mine is for the owner of the hotel, that in bali there are very limited Indian food restaurant's. Sir you have mentioned to your name "Authentic Indian food" but i am sorry to say that we had non veg dinner to your place today, and disappointed with the preparation of food. (Tomato sauce gravy) We didn't eat the food, we told to cancel the order but there is no authority to take the call.

    0 stars..

I visited this restaurant around 10:10pm.
they were still looking for and welcoming guests.
    Over priced food.
    No courtesy at all.
I asked for a can of coke at 10:32pm and they said straight "NO" with reason- "don't take orders after 10:30pm.
At this time, 2 waiters were still outside luring customers to come in.
"I guess we dont need to order for coke half an hour ago."

Papadums as high priced as roti.

I was given the bill @ 10:40 when i was still halfway with my food and eating.

Very Rude and unprofessional behaviour from staff.

Manager was already gone maybe that's why no supervision.
This must be brought to notice.

The food is overpriced. Their other branch located at Nusa Dua(known as Indian Dhaba) is cheaper. Rice was not basmathi. Papadam price is the same as naan. Portions are smaller compared to Indian Dhaba
