Nice setting but early morning the food selection is very limited. Very crowded at peak times

For passenger who has platinum member Garuda can enjoy this lounge. Big area to just rest and relax while waiting flight. We can eat any varian menu with rice, vegetable, fruit , bread and some kind of snacks. Machine coffee is available too for guest who wants any option coffee like cspucino, espresso or another. A place for kids is located in an confort area, even VIP room for specisl quest.

The ambience is great. The only weakness of this place is that the foods taste standard. But it has yhe best domestic lounge facility in Indonesia.

Nice place to wait your boarding call, shower room, toilet, food, newspaper are there.

Good and outhentic Indonesian food, good selection of teas, good coffe, spacious, clean bath room and also has children's corner where they can spend time playing video games. Plenty of electrical outlet, wifi, Tv and comfortable sofas

Great food and attentive staff, i can tell that the food is rather authentic. However, still need to be improved. I arrived 9 am intending to wash my hair as it is pretty frizzy after flight and they said the towels have not arrived yet as it is still in the laundry. The towels would only be arrived after 10 am which i think is ridiculous.

The only lounge in domestic area in terminal 3. Its bery spacious and exclusive as it only allow garuda passengers. Food needs to be improve and drinks needs more variety. Please provide more bakery options. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is shower here so you can refresh after a long flight.
